Sunday, December 15, at 7pm
Are you feeling blue this Christmas? You are not alone. Life brings unexpected sorrow and loss. Our Blue Christmas service is an opportunity, to be honest about the difficulty of life, and ask God to be with us in the unfamiliar landscape of grief and change.
Everyone is welcome to attend our service of worship, which includes songs and an uplifting message of hope.
Blue Christmas is an opportunity for reflective worship and contemplation during these long, dark days of the Advent Season. In this anticipatory season of celebrating Christ’s birth, we remember the world He was born into—full of grief, loss, anxiety, discomfort, and disappointment…and still, we can celebrate. Jesus was born to bring hope.
Please consider joining us on Sunday, December 15 at 7:00pm and also pray about who you might bring that would be particularly blessed by a service like this. The service is unrestricted.
Please bring some homemade treats for this special occasion.
