Celebrating over 100 Years on the North Shore!

We are looking forward to celebrating our 100th Anniversary on Septemer 15, 2024 after the service.

We are looking for help in planning.  Please contact Judy in the office.

What we need for the BBQ

  1. Coordinator: gets volunteers, supervises and delegates.  Assists where necessary.  Coordinator (s) are the go to person, makes decisions. 
  2. Shopper (s): purchases food, condimens and other necessary items and brings by Sunday morning.  Ensures there is ice in the freezer.  There will be a list of items needed.
  3. People to prep: condiment prep, slice tomatoes, wash and separate lettuce, peel, chop and or cook oninions, further insturctions available.
  4. People to set-up: tables, chairs, tents.  See attached information.
  5. Cooks and Assistants: set-up and clean BBQ, cook burgers and hotdogs. Put food in to separate chafing dishes to keep warm.
  6. People to clean up.  Wash all serving dishes, wipe and remove tables chairs.  
  7. More information about what to bring will be available closer to the date.

TImeline: It takes at least an hour to prep and set-up.  Set up will begin at 9:30am.
