We continually remember before your God and Father your:

  1.  因信心所做的工夫   Work produced by faith
  2. 因愛心所受的勞苦   Labour prompted by love
  3. 因盼望我們主耶穌基督所存的忍耐。   Endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ 

 我們得救是在乎盼望；只是所見的盼望不是盼望， 誰還盼望他所見的呢？ (羅馬書8:24 )

For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have?  (Romans 8:24)

 如經上所記：　神為愛他的人所預備的是眼睛未曾看見，耳朵未曾聽見，人心也未曾想到的。   (哥林多前書2:9)

However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him.   (1 Corinthians 2:9)
