This morning will be about the struggle that many of you are facing in your personal lives. For many, this has been a difficult time of personal challenge, loss, and readjustment. It has left many feeling alone, angry, and afraid.

A few things that can help us deal with grief:
- Accept your feelings
- Take the time to remember the faithfulness of God in the past
- Reach out to others
- Avoid making any major decision
- Suspend judgment and just trust God
- Make time to sit quietly in God's presence
- Remember that time helps us heal but it might not cure
