DEAR FRIENDS
I trust you are enjoying our long-awaited summer weather along with those pesky mosquitoes.
I was out walking Holly yesterday along the river in Langley and got eaten alive with mosquito bites. But I did appreciate the beauty of God’s wonderful creation.
“The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship.
Day after day they continue to speak;
night after night they make him known.
They speak without a sound or word;
their voice is never heard.
Yet their message has gone throughout the earth,
and their words to all the world. God.”
Psalms 19:1-4 NLT
In the quiet of those walks God refreshes and restores my soul. Probably because I slow down my racing mind long enough just to be open to His gentle voice.
If you are unable to attend our service in person you can still access the service by going to our website, or on YouTube. This week there is no Mandarin translation on Zoom.
Most of you are aware there is a new Omicron BA. 2.27 which is very contagious.
As a result, the staff has decided to provide masks at the entrances to our sanctuary for those who would like to make use of them. Let’s all be careful and if you have any symptoms of congestion etc. it would be wise to worship with us online. Thanks for your co operation.

The Bible Project Update
The Bible Project is continuing in the Fireside Room with word of mouth bringing new youth in along with their friends. Along with short films about the books in the bible, there are bible study films and podcasts to listen to. The website and podcasts are intended for all.
